大湖烤蛋是用特選雞蛋加上20幾種中藥和大湖草莓酒處理過，再用小火慢慢烤，經過數道手續及五天製作才完成。用草莓酒及中藥處理過的雞蛋，在石頭上炭烤後，完全無酒味只剩淡淡的中藥味&淡淡的炭烤味。蛋黃像糖心蛋，蛋白QQ有彈性，真是完美的結合。
