中興製茶廠開創於民國82年（西元1993年），負責人李茂定先生，從民國70年開始實際參與茶葉生產製造三十餘年以及農業改良場相關課程，因而累積對茶的知識及豐富經驗，並將其技術傳承於下一代接手經營茶園管理，茶葉採收，茶葉精製，到茶葉烘焙，茶葉銷售等事宜。由於茶廠逐漸老舊、技術不斷創新、茶量倍增。於民國97年（西元2008年）新建立中興製茶廠，茶廠外四面山巒連綿，空氣清新，孕育出獨特的台灣高山靈氣，專業生產製造阿里山珠露 高山茶。茶園位於阿里山山脈海拔高度約1300－1500公尺的高山上。茶樹因終年雲霧環繞，雲霧籠罩導致早晚溫差甚大、水氣飽滿、氣溫低冷，珠露滋潤，因此茶香味獨到特殊，香氣四溢入口甘香。另設有:阿里山茶米花田露營區.歡迎電話預約05-2562778
