嘉義晶采氣球創立於2002年，前身為氣球工坊(嘉義店)，師承於高雄氣球大師黃暉宏，因近幾年來，會場佈置日新月異，加上和台南晶采氣球理念相仿，於2008年起正式代理台南晶采其獨家商品，更名為晶采氣球工坊。
氣球本身不但是一種會讓人感到熱鬧的東西，更是一門藝術，所以晶采氣球喜歡帶給人幸福的會場佈置工作，喜歡看到新人幸福的步入會場，可以深深的感受到那種快樂，或看到活動進行時熱熱鬧鬧的場景時，也能感染到現場的快樂，誠摯的希望晶采氣球能一同分享您的幸福與快樂！
