【天山梅】，由農委會、水里鄉公所及水里鄉農會輔導下的產銷班，採用本地天山嶺地區青梅所製作的梅子加工產品，為了加強品質及永續經營，於民國86年轉型成立水里青梅生產合作社,由一群愛「梅」、種梅、製梅世代以梅相傳其製梅經驗皆超過30年梅農,為了捍衛本土在地「台灣梅」一起打拼所組成。
