位在鹿港城隍廟旁的「丁師傅麻糬」是傳承鹿港國寶級茶點大師鄭振山的獨門手藝，身為“阿振肉包”老師傅的外甥丁仁傑從小就耳濡目染，觀看舅舅阿振師製作各式各樣的糕點，其中以“鹹肉麻糬”更是開創始祖，如今「丁師傅」盡得真傳，也將這傳統古早味純手工最好吃的麻糬呈現給大家品嚐
