目前固定上班的義工有三人,店長kiki跟長工老王,以及不大愛笑的憲哥...其他的義工則是不定期出現,有固定傍晚出現來澆花的孟珒,一三五或二四六不定期出現的曉鈴,可愛的可昀打工之餘會來做奶酪,也有個長得像店長卻不是店長的胖胖,就讀附近大學的馬來西亞僑生阿靜常常利用課餘時間報到,固定星期四來當義工的上班族輝龍,遠從台北來的阿泰,每個月會有兩天駐店掌吧檯,屏東的翔每個月報到兩天...還有很多義工三不五時出現在朵蕾.除了店務義工, 還有攝影義工團隊...菊式映像,提供許多精彩的照片...朵蕾不單只是一家咖啡館,更是一個公益平台,讓想做公益的任何人或團體,在這裡得到最大的支持,朵蕾不只提供平台讓菊式映像為惠明盲校做公益,也可以是任何公益的平台,只要你願意,朵蕾咖啡館陪你盡一分力...
