General information
Citrus英文泛指柑橘類，我們的中文店名–蜜柑（みかん）亦是柑橘的一種，
其實，柑橘類的水果對我們主廚來說充滿了特別的回憶，同時也是主廚最愛吃的水果之一，所以我們選用Citrus／蜜柑，作為我們的店名和視覺形象。
蜜柑法式甜點麵包由兄弟倆一起經營，
哥哥Arrow原為工程師，因為對甜點充滿熱情而至法國學習道地法式甜點，弟弟Andrew畢業後同樣因興趣步上了烘焙之路。
Arrow希望能用法式甜點的技巧，結合日本甜點輕盈的口感，再搭配台灣時令水果，製作出充滿個性的甜點。
Andrew則期待能使用在地新鮮食材，製作出兼顧健康和美味，讓人每天都想吃的麵包。
2017年的11月上旬，我們即將在鬧中取靜的模範街老宅開業，
歡迎大家來坐坐，在舒適放鬆的環境享用好吃的甜點和麵包。
