漫采為藉由漫畫所描繪出的動漫世界。
本公司前身達美文化事業社成立於1991年，對於美日文化有密切的接觸。
2008年本公司--達鎂網路科技股份有限公司導入CIS企業識別系統並註冊商標，成立達鎂數位翻譯、達鎂創意廣告、達鎂網路行銷。
2011年鑑於國內外圖像文化逐漸興盛，且由於網路的便利，推波助瀾加速催化，過去被視為次文化的漫畫，儼然已逐漸成為新世代的文化溝通主流。為了參與新世代、融入新元素，並闡揚日語與繪圖等人文技藝，導正一般人對於動漫的舊有刻板印象，於是達鎂網路行銷成立漫采動漫世界（Mansai Anime world）購物網站。並於2012年於全國知名逢甲商圈設立實體店面，服務廣大的動漫迷，為達鎂網路科技股份有限公司旗下的一份子。
