新城風糖休閒園區位於新竹縣寶山鄉，先是社區居民活動聚集的場所，漸漸的因農村人口流失老化，開始提供銀髮族中午供餐、與弱勢獨居老人的關懷訪視；但也因為經營社福需要龐大且永續的資金，便開始賣黑糖爆漿饅頭來籌永續社福的資金，加上老志工與青農的經營下逐漸轉型成一處可親近大自然、休閒健身、品嚐美食的好去處。
