紅蟹將軍總店，位於捷運國父紀念館站二號出口，約可容納80個座位，店內食材講求新鮮天然風味。為提供顧客更高品質的享受，老闆精心挑選的食材，無論是霜降牛肉、特選小肥羊、梅花自然豬肉、雪花牛肉等精選肉品，還是干貝、孔雀蛤、竹蛤、鮮蝦、帝王蟹、甜貝各式精選海鮮以及頂級煮物、新鮮時蔬等，一律都是無限享用！連假日都不加價！此外還有昆布蔬菜、麻辣、酸白菜、味噌四種口味的鍋底，可自行選擇搭配全鍋或鴛鴦鍋。
