柯總經理憑藉著，在魚翅海鮮餐飲，二十幾年頭的磨練經歷， 帶領著專業、廚藝精湛的廚房團隊，於2009年一手創辦了「大龍蝦海鮮魚翅餐廳」。
除了延續傳統經典懷舊台菜的好味道，更創意發想研究新菜譜，
強調的不只是「參翅鮑肚」，更吸引人的是餐廳內，靈活變化種類多的「活水海鮮」
與「小菜熱炒」，而拿手的下酒菜，如:櫻花蝦花生、炒山瓜子、炒豬頸肉等，
還有一天限量不到10隻的脆皮雞、XO醬炒廣式蘿蔔糕，
以及由柯媽媽親授的漬蜆仔等，更讓懂吃懂品味的老饕，絡繹不絕的湧入。
堅持嚴格選用最新鮮食材，只為了將更好的每道佳餚美饌，呈給每一位來大龍蝦的賓客。
