1.從事多層次傳銷業務及具有多層次傳銷技能專長等相關工作者。2.如會員係以本會為勞工保險之投保單位者，須附實際從事該業之証明，經勞工保險局通過資格審核後，自核保日起，方為本會會員，並發給會員證。3.年滿15歲至60歲身體狀況良好。4.加保人須親自蒞會辦理加保手續。5.加保人委由工會加入勞工保險，願意立下投保切結書，絕無帶病投保巧謀勞保 權益意圖。6.本會代辦勞、健保業務，經勞、健保局核准加保，始為生效。臺北市大同區錦西街78號3樓 2553-1149
