基隆市褓姆業職業工會簡介 基隆市褓姆業職業工會於民國77年成立之初，即是提供家庭式社區保母及滿足家長需求為己任，二十幾年來雖然經濟結構與社會型態少子化之改變，且面臨證照化及高品質優質保母的挑戰，但所扮演的工會角色及肩負的任務並沒有改變，而隨著保母證照化的影響，亦將面臨強大的競爭壓力，期望為家庭式保母創造新的契機辦理職前訓練並輔導學員考上證照，辦理保母在職訓練及培訓第二專長班提升更高的服務品質
