青山綠水、背山面海、曙光初現......一幕幕自然美景映入眼前，這就是千禧年第一道曙光照射的日出之鄉--太麻里。位於太麻里鄉的「日月星辰釋迦農場」，所栽培出來的釋迦就是每天迎接日出、在青山綠水間、欣賞海景的絕佳環境下長成的果實 ，每一顆飽滿甜美，沒吃到這樣的大目釋迦，絕對是您終生的遺憾。本場自民國七十年即栽種土種軟枝、鳳梨、蓮花等品種，數年來經與政府單位不斷連繫，更新研究新品種 ，最後基於大目種為市場多數喜愛，於八年前全面更換二千多顆大目種果樹，品質皆為具國際水準、榮獲國家品比的經濟作物。
