General information
北港麻油的歷史可從清朝時期談起，北港為農村社會，早起種植蔗糖、水稻、花生、胡麻，因此帶動了北港地方特色產業的發展，如：麻油、花生油、花生糖、大餅等。而北港麻油約在七零年代至八零年代進入全盛時期，北港從事油品製造的工廠不下百間。
正毅麻油廠第一代經營者張金正先生，於此時投入北港麻油的推廣與製作，秉持傳統製程及符合現代衛生標準的品質控管，導入全型態的經營理念、融合傳統與自動化的麻油製作，為北港麻油推廣的先驅。
走過三十餘年的歷史，正毅麻油廠不敢說是北港最悠久的麻油廠，但是品質可以是最為保證的，歡迎各位蒞臨選購。
