General information
工研創立於民國三十年，名為「工研食品工場」，專事釀造研究。當時萬得先生之三子，因研習藥劑的關係北上習商，在一個偶然的機緣下，轉向工業研究所兼工研食品工廠顧問的勝田博士學習釀造技術。光復後，工研食品工場即由許氏家族購下並接掌經營，以原廠原址經營釀造事業，繼續致力研發由勝田博士所分離成功的醋酸菌，終於創造出質優味美的工研醋。
